Modular buildings for public spaces

At the end of 2020, our company supplied a complex of modular buildings from block containers to a public space in the Leningrad Region. Container buildings were prepared for various purposes: the building of an administrative and amenity complex (ABK), a dressing room, security posts and modular toilets for the park.

A key visual feature of the modular buildings is the exterior finish with 40 mm planed larch. Also, an electrician was installed everywhere, heating and lighting were implemented. Anti-vandal plumbing was installed in the sanitary containers.

Building characteristics:

Frame: Lower frame – channel 120x50x3 mm
Upper frame – special profile 185x85x3,
bent Corner posts – special profile 170x150x3,
bent Floor joists – channel 100x50x3
Finishing floor: Wear-resistant linoleum
Interior wall decoration: Factory-made sandwich panel with polymer paint. RAL 9002
